135. Time spent by a reservist as a permanent resident beyond the limits of

Reservist pension
136. (a) A reservist who is not in receipt of a service pension may be
granted, on completion of the prescribed period of nine years regular and six

(b) A reservist who is not in receipt of a service pension and whose
period of engagement for regular service was extended, and whose qualifying
